Mr. Billy Winters is a III Dan ITF Taekwondo black belt and one of Ireland's most decorated competitors at national and European level — a multiple national and international medallist with over 35 national titles, European Bronze 2022, European Junior Vice Champion 2023, and Ireland's Best Overall Champion three years in a row.
He founded Celtic Coast Taekwondo in February 2026 at Kilmore National School — and in six weeks had 30+ students, 19 colour belts, and a student winning 1st place at the Dublin Open International.

Trained in clubs and seminars all across Ireland and competed out of Wexford Taekwon-Do and North Star Taekwon-Do before founding Celtic Coast TKD.
