Mr. Billy Winters is a III Dan ITF Taekwondo black belt and a multiple national and international medallist with over 35 national titles — including European Bronze 2022, European Junior Vice Champion 2023, and Ireland's Best Overall Champion three years in a row.

He opened Celtic Coast TKD in February 2026 at Kilmore National School. In six weeks: 30+ students, 19 colour belts, and a student winning gold at the Dublin Open International.

Is the first class really free?+

Yes — your first class is completely free with no commitment. Just WhatsApp or call Mr. Winters to confirm your spot before you come.

What age can my child start?+

Celtic Coast TKD has classes from age 6. The youngest group (Ages 6–8) runs Monday and Wednesday at 3:15pm at Kilmore National School.

Do I need any experience or equipment?+

No experience or equipment needed. Comfortable sports gear and a bottle of water is all you need for your first session.

Where are classes held?+

All classes are held at Kilmore National School, Kilmore, Co. Wexford every Monday and Wednesday.

Is Mr. Winters qualified to teach children?+

Yes. Mr. Winters is Level 1 certified by the Irish Taekwondo Association and Sport Ireland, First Aid qualified, Garda vetted, and Safeguarding certified.

Can adults join with no experience?+

Absolutely. The Colour Belts and Adults class (7:00–8:00pm Mon and Wed) is open to adults brand new to the sport as well as existing colour belts.
